Scottish cheeses as wedding cake!!!

Eileen and her late husband ran Country Fare coffee shop in Aberfeldy during most of the 1980’s. Alan had an interest in the Coshieville Hotel some miles from Aberfeldy. After they ‘got together’ Alan and Eileen opened a second ‘Country Fare ‘ in Dunkeld, and subsequently sold both of the coffee shops and in late 1991 they bought the Ardeonaig Hotel on South Loch Tay side, which they ran for  10 years. After selling the hotel in 2000, they decided to carry on catering and started County Catering, initially from home at Ardeonaig, then for a while from the Highland Safaris kitchen at Dull, then latterly from their kitchen next to their new house at Auchroich about 3.5 miles from Kenmore and still on the south side of Loch Tay.
